For those participating in the annual boat parade, please gather at 8:45pm in front of the SnowShoe Club. The judge’s boat will provide a signal to start the parade. All boats, whether competing for “best dressed” or simply enjoying the scene, should navigate counterclockwise around the pond. Please remember to have your boat’s running lights on at all times. Decorated boats are beautiful but SAFETY is our main concern. If the judge’s boat approaches you, please identify yourself so the judges know whom to give the awards to.
Decorating your camp? Spectacular!! Camps should be ready by 9 p.m. on Saturday in order to participate in this friendly competition. Judging will begin between 9:00-9:30 p.m., after the boat competition. But you are encouraged to leave your decorations up and lights on as long as you want throughout the weekend.
